Which weapon are you using?
Which kind of bullets?
How much time between the shots?

Also important to know, the helmet on the biker zombies is actually an armored piece- If you're hitting the helmet with conventional rounds, You're doing significantly less damage than you would be if you shot them literally anywhere else in the body.

Same is true of hardhat zombies, soldier zombies; cept soldier zombies have armor in other places too, etc.

If you're hearing a metallic "Clang!" sound when you shoot a zombie, it means it's armored in the location you hit and you did much less damage.
