[2020] How to craft higher quality tools and weapons?

All crafting levels are determined by the skill that makes you better at using them. Tools are from Miner 69er, for example. Pistols are from the Gunslinger skill, and so on.

Be aware that as the quality level goes up so does the material cost of the craft, though. IF it takes 10 iron to craft at Q1, it'll be 20 at Q2, and such.
