I do wish people would stop saying this. Project Zomboid is nothing like 7 Days. It is barely even in the same genre. The only similarity is zombies and basic building. It isn't even 1st-person or 3rd-person. It's a look-down scroller. Graphics are on par with something from twenty years ago, and it isn't the same type of playstyle at all.
Advising it over 7 Days is like telling someone to stop playing Doom and go play Zelda.
