New player here, apologies in advance for the noob question. But where do I find antibiotics? All the guides I find (and even reddit searches) tell me to kill nurse zombies, but they don't drop anything anymore. Honey does nothing for my infection. Jan made fun of my infection but doesn't sell any antibiotics. So ... where do I find these mythical antibiotics before I die?
