[2023] Can't disable GameSparks Analytics anymore

GS was purchased by Amazon, who then basically shut it down. I am not certain it is being used any longer. It does not exist in the client currently that I am aware of, and hasn't for a bit. I recall for a while it was still in the client, but didn't work because the servers it connected to didn't exist any longer.
