Spider zombies are a noctural type zombie that can even appear at level 1 now; Alongside the night-spawn zombies that sometimes spawn and are always Feral, but despawn when morning comes.
Spiders arent that hard to deal with though, just backpedal slowly and strafe; it's rare to encounter more than one or two at a time so early.
