The language barrier is a challenge here, but I’ll do my best to answer. There are a few reasons why zombies and animals may spawn all around you while you are trying to mine.

One way is the screamer. When you mine, a screamer zombie can be attracted to investigate the activity (cumulative noise, heat, etc.) you’re making. If the screamer sees you, she will scream, which spawns enemies. If you don’t kill the screamer, she could scream over and over again, calling endless enemies.

Another way is the biome you’re in. Enemies respawn more quickly in some biomes than others. In particular, if you are in the wasteland biome at night, there is no delay before another enemy will spawn. So if you are not being stealthy and the zombies around you can detect you all the time, then you will have enemies attacking you constantly. They won’t stop coming until you hide, run away, or reach morning.

Neither of these behaviors is a bug.

I can’t figure out what “reborn directly on the face” means, but if you have a bedroll somewhere then you have the option to spawn on your bedroll, near your bedroll, or near your backpack.
