[2022] Where is the Workshop?

Steam workshop support is planned after the game is completed. Adding it before then is just going to cause issues.

God, it's insane. Every game goes through massive changes all the time, even released ones.
Anyway im glad its coming.

Pretty much. Empyrion added the workshop early. Probably 2/3rds of the content that is currently listed in the workshop is completely incompatible with the current game version.

They don't even have version tags for the items, or any compatibility filter.
