This is an EAC issue, not a 7 Days to Die Issue.

EAC is aware of the problem, and supposedly working on a fix. Until they (Epic) fix it, TFP cannot release an updated version of EAC to fix the issue.

Edit: This isn't the first time this has happened with a Mac OS update either. Just what you have to expect when you run an OS that has less than 2% of the market share.

Originally posted by kandar: Epic's fault or not, if a company charges money for software they willingly admit does not work on said OS, then they share some of that responsibility in the blame. All they got to do is suspend Mac sales until EAC for Mac is fixed.

I am playing the game in single player on my Mac, so it is incorrect to say the software does not work on macOS. It wouldn't be fair in my view to deny all Mac users the ability to buy this in progress game - a group that starts out with a limited number of games to choose from - just because a subset of those users that want to use a particular feature can't yet. I'm thankful the game is still available for purchase, and I'm thankful TFP have publicly documented the known issue with EAC along with the workaround to disable it (it's in the launcher tools).
