Hi,

After 140 hours of playing -without any crash or problem- I bought all available DLC content. I finished whole content of Isle of Skye. Later on I started on 'Wrath of the Druids'. I travelled to Dublin. For couple of hours there was no problem. But later on game started to crashes frequently. It has started like once in a hour but right now its like 10 to 15 min.

Windows is updated. Drivers are updated. Try to decrease graphics, no result. I verify all files, no result.

Hi @Re4jaw I'm sorry to hear that your game is frequently crashing.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through any of the steps you have not yet tried then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I'm afraid you have a memory problem:
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 5996MB RAM
That can be a hardware fault, or a wrong bios/firmware setting. Probably best to go to Lenovo support for help on that in the first instance.

Meantime, you can try unloading every other app you can before starting the game.

You may as well update that nVidia driver to August 2023
www.nvidia.com

Download the latest official NVIDIA drivers

Download the latest official NVIDIA drivers www.nvidia.com but I doubt that is the root cause of your problem.
