I was waiting to get my hands on a PS5 since it came out. The main motivation was to play AC Valhalla, with the new Haptic Feedback and adaptive triggers (not even the regular basic vibrations) that makes such a big difference. I read, everywhere, that AC Valhalla will get this feature.
However, I was so disappointed to learn that it sort of existed, but then it was gone or so with an update.

I have seen these issues in all possible forums, but as of today, December 2021, Ubisoft has failed to bring this much desired feature. Is there a fix for this already? I'm missing something? Or we as users are just being ignored once again? I'm hoping that UBISOFT come at least with an answer to this. It cannot be that we are missing the very awesome features that PS5 has been providing, due to pure negligence, and I say negligence, because it has been MONTHS and the issue seems not resolved.

*** Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers are working perfectly fine in other games, is only AC Valhalla that is not ****

Hi @therightplot apologies for the late response.

I can confirm that the haptic feedback was disabled in update 1.3.2, however it was enabled again with the latest update 1.4.0.

Please ensure you have the latest update installed and also check that haptic feedback is enabled in the game settings.

Hi there @wag_01, I'm sorry to hear that your haptic feedback has stopped working since the latest update. Just to confirm, this was working fine for you on version 1.4.1, but not 1.4.1.2?
