Hi @jerusalem_sav I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your internet connection, which makes it more difficult for you to download and install the game again.

Can you confirm if you went through all of the PC troubleshooting that was provided?

Could you also check that you have saved your msinfo as a .txt file? Please check the steps in the support article here.
