Hi, I got around 30-40 hours into the game and achievements just stopped registering.
For example, I've killed all 3 witches but don't have the Witch Hunter achievement. I've assassinated several people from horseback but don't have Equine Attack. As well as several unmissable achievements linked to campaign missions.
Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the game, rebooting my console, loading an older save game...nothing works.
Any suggestions?

Also, have you unlocked the achievements on another platform prior or is this your first time unlocking them? Please let me know, thank you!
@tenac_84 No worries, thanks for confirming that. Can you try completing a main story or daily quest and see if those achievements show up? Sometimes that can trigger achievements to unlock.
