After recent updates the game stopped switching to another application such as Discord or browser or literally anything else via Alt+Tab combination. Win key doesn't work as well. The only way to minimize the game now is by using Ctrl+Alt+Delete. It doesn't make any difference if the game is in a full screen mode or in a borderless window.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues alt tabbing. I tested it on my system after seeing this thread and I am able to alt tab just fine; so I would like to collect some detailed system information from you, as well as a few screenshots showing your Display and Graphics settings.
Please open a support ticket with us, and attach copies of your system files there. You can attach screenshots of your Display and Graphics settings to that case or reply to my post with the screenshots embedded in the reply!
Once I get a chance to review your system set up and settings I'll see if I can find anything that might be preventing this function for you.
