In this cave we are supposed to get a key, which is in the cave. When i entered I saw the symbol of a key on an skeleton, but when I picked it up it was a lute, and no matter what I tried it wouldn't open the door. I tried relogging a past save and the same thing happened. I saw the symbol of a key, but when I pick it up the game gave me a lute again and not the Deoraby Spar Cavern Key. Because the game gives a lute instead of the key i can't open the door.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. However, if you are unable to reproduce it due to progressing in the game and not having an earlier save that you can load, then can you provide a video that shows the following:
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.
