I claimed some of the free rewards through the Ubisoft Connect in game overlay on my PS4 - like the Basim outfit, legacy outfits and some tatoos etc. but none of the outfits show up in my inventory. They are present in the owned tab in the store but in game when i go to my inventory they are not there. PLease HELP!!

I see you started the game recently. Have you reached the point in the game where you establish a settlement in England? Additional content should appear for you at this point in the game.

Sometimes there can be a bit of a delay and I know that's absolutely frustrating, but do you have them now?
If not, run through the steps in this troubleshooting guide to see if we can get them to appear. If you're still not seeing them then, let me know which ones you're missing so I can take a closer look at what could be happening.
