[2022] [DoR] Unable to install Dawn of Ragnarok expansion on PS5

Hi,

I am living in Ireland and I bought the expansion code for Dawn of Ragnarok PS5 with the art cards on Amazon UK.

I put in the code and it was accepted and I see the receipt in my downloads but I can't download the expansion. I get an unavailable when I looked it up on the PSN store and says I already bought it. I tried ingame but it doesn't see it.

I have contacted Sony yesterday but they have yet to respond.

Is this a known issue?

Hi @lucreto I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues downloading the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion on your PS5.

Can you please try the following:

  • Highlight Assassin's Creed Valhalla on your PS5 main screen
  • Press the options button
  • Select 'Manage Game Content'
  • Select the option to install 'Dawn of Ragnarok' if the option is available
