Good morning, today I claimed 1 week of ubisoft+ in prime gaming but the Dawn of Ragnarok DLC is only available for purchase, I would like to know if there is any way to solve this!
Note: I bought AC Valhalla with the season pass a while ago, and i'm trying to play through geforce now.
@Valak1z Hey there! Welcome to Discussions! Sorry that you are having trouble accessing Dawn of Ragnarök after claiming the Ubisoft+ prime gaming deal. It looks like the Complete Edition of Valhalla should be available through the Ubisoft+ subscription. You can see which games are included here. However, Dawn of Ragnarök would not be available as a stand-alone download through Ubisoft+ as @TheNorfolkian mentioned above. In this case, what you may need to do is uninstall the game and reinstall the Ubisoft+ Complete Edition to get access to the expansion pack. If you do decide to do this, please be sure to back up your save files so that nothing is lost in the process. Please reach back out if you have any issues with this.

Our teams have resolved this issue, so Assassin's Creed Valhalla should be available in Ubisoft+ again. If you're still unable to access it, please try closing the Ubisoft Connect client and then launching it with administrator rights. Should that not help, you can uninstall and reinstall Ubisoft Connect. If the issue continues even after that, please don't hesitate to let me know so this can be reported! Thanks!
