[2022] Big Enemy in Eurvicscire has no level scaling

@Randelia Hey there! I'm sorry to see that the enemy has no level scaling in your game. Does this only happen while you're located in Eurvicscire or does it happen elsewhere as well?

If you haven't yet, please give our troubleshooting guide here a try, and be sure to verify your game files as well! If something in the game became corrupted and caused this issue, these steps would help fix it. However, if this is a bug, the steps might not help fix the issue.

In this case, having a video to pass along to the dev team is very helpful for us. If you can, please record a video showing what your level scaling is set to, and how the enemies outside of Eurvicscire appear correctly but in Eurvicscire they don't have the level scaling. You can upload the video on a sharing website of your choice (like YouTube, Google Drive, Twitter, etc) and share the link with us here.

You mentioned this affecting other legendary animals outside of Eurvicscire. Does this only seem to affect legendary animals, or other boss fights as well? What other regions seem to be affected?
