I’ve been playing ac Valhalla for a while and decided to buy all three dlcs in the game (I had made some progress before I bought them that might help with my problem here) but when I had installed them they never showed up it the store it said installed so I thought I had to progress a bit and I did but a couple weeks later still nothing do I looked up how to start it that didn’t help because I had fulfilled all the requirements to start it prior (in case you couldn’t tell I’m talking specifically about WotD and SoP) So for some reason I can start my dlc because of unknown reason I know this was already fixed multiple times but I’m having issues so maybe could I get some assistance with this problem?

To begin, please try the steps in our guide for basic troubleshooting to ensure there's no conflict in the background which may be causing the content to be unavailable. Should the issue continue, could you provide a video from your gameplay showing you trying to find Azar at the Ravensthorpe docks and looking for Toka and Pierre in the Ravensthorpe guesthouse? If you capture this video, you can upload it to a video sharing platform (such as YouTube or Twitter) and post the link here. Please let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks for the link to the video, it works just fine, no need to upload anywhere else.

Due to the nature of the issue (personal information will be required), it's best to continue the investigation via a support ticket on our Help website. Images showing that the content has been installed on the console, as well as proof of purchase for the content, should also be attached to the ticket, to help confirm that everything has been activated properly.

Please do not share any potential personal information on the forums, to make sure your information remains safe.
