So my game keeps crashing constantly in the grounds of Canterbury Cathedral. And this is like the only area in the whole game where it happens. As soon as I go to the city of canterbury for example, it will stop. But as soon as I enter the cathedral grounds, crashing starts again. There must be a some kind of problem with this part of the map. The crash can potentially corrupt your save file too, as it can happen at the same time when your game is autosaving, but fortunately mine hasn't gotten corrupted.

There is a workaround though. If I lower all the graphics settings to medium or low while I'm in the cathedral, the crashing will stop. But on high and anything above that, it will crash eventually. I'm also surprised this problem has never been investigated or fixed by Ubisoft because it has been present since 2020. And I'm not the only one experiencing it. Thanks for getting back to us @Crazybone992, sorry to see those steps didn't do the trick.

To allow us to look into this further, could you please open a case via our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files?

With those we can see what else may be causing these crashes.

Please let us know if you have any issues with this!
