[2022] Missing Helix Store Purchases

I recently purchased a weapon pack from the helix store (sorcerer pack) shortly before starting a boss fight (goneril), which I died to. However, upon reloading the save I found that the weapons are now missing, and do not show up on any of my saves. Looking at the helix store, the weapons don't show up on my 'owned' page and even the helix credits I used to purchase them appear to be refunded. The only acknowledgement of my purchase seems to be when I try to purchase the pack again, where I get an error message saying I have already purchased these items. Otherwise they are not showing up at all anywhere.
