[2021] Item Packs no longer appear in the PACK section of the store upon acquiring part of them from Reda

@theeelf I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the 'Taranis Engraved Tree' for your settlement. I have checked your account and I can see the transaction, it also shows that the item is in your inventory.

Can you please provide a video to show that the 'Taranis Engraved Tree' is not appearing in your owned settlement cosmetics.

Would you be able to send us some images/a video that shows the Taranis Settlement Pack isn't available for you to purchase in the Animus Store? I've just checked my own Animus store and I was able to find it with the other Settlement Packs.

@TheeElf @bielik01 Thanks for the video.

Another player mentioned they had the same issue but they managed to find the settlement packs in the 'Property' tab. It appeared to have been moved there after they purchased a cosmetic from one of the settlement packs from Reda. Can you please check under that tab and confirm if the settlement packs are showing in there.

Hi @bielik01 apologies for the late response.

I have checked and according to the development team this is not an issue and is working as intended.

A settlement pack consists of two parts in the store (tree and decorations) which makes a total of 5 items (1 tree and 4 decorations). Whenever you purchase the tree from the settlement pack (either from Reda or from the property tab in the store), there will be 4 decorations left from the settlement pack, which is basically the last part of the settlement pack. The rule for that is when there is only one part left of any pack, the pack will disappear from the pack selection tab in the store and the only left item/part that is not acquired will remain visible to purchase in its respective tab.

For example, if you purchased every item from a character pack except for the weapon, then the character pack will disappear from the selection and the weapon will only be visible in the weapon tab for you to purchase. So, in this case you already purchased the tree from the Valkyrie settlement pack from Reda, which results in leaving only one part of the settlement pack left to purchase (decorations) and thus removing the settlement pack from the selection, leaving only the decorations set visible in the property tab.
