Dear support,

I have a problem with world event Falling stars in Lunden. When I have found all 3 bards and get them to event point they teleport to chairs and just sit. When I go to crowd to press the button and finish the event nothing happens (bards just sit and cut scene is not starting). I have doublechecked with Youtube videos that I am doing all actions correct. I have uploaded previous save and tried multiple times. Also, when you switch to world map, it shows message: not available.
Please advice.

Hi @velychkovlad apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the world event 'Falling Stars'.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. You can see this from the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • That all of the bards are present and when you press the button the cut scene does not play.
  • Show that you are unable to view the map.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here

@velychkovlad thanks for the video.

I can confirm that 1.6.0 is the latest update.

I have reported this issue to the development for them to investigate. We will update this thread as soon as we have any information to share with you.

Hi @velychkovlad I'm afraid the development team have been unable to reproduce the issue and have asked if you could provide your local save files.

The saves can be found in Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Assassin's Creed: Valhalla

The save should contain two files:

Autosave# and Autosave#.bin or ManualSave# and ManualSave#.bin

You would need to copy the saves to a USB storage device: (https://manuals.playstation.net/document/gb/ps4/settings/data_system.html).

After you have done this you can upload the files to a file sharing website, then copy and paste the URL link in this thread and we can forward those on to the development team.

Hi @velychkovlad thanks for providing your local saves.

Could you install the latest update (1.6.1) and try the world event again as another player also reported the same issue as yourself and confirmed the issue was resolved with update 1.6.1.

I can see that you have not played the game since the 24th September, before the latest update.

Once you have done this please update this thread and let us know if the issue is now resolved.
