[2022] AC valhalla keeps crashing

Hello everyone can i please get some advice on how to stop the game from crashing constantly if I am on a session which could last up to and over 12 hours the game will crash at least 4 times. This will happen even after 10 minutes sometimes. is it because of the yuletide BS thats been activated i have noticed a lot of issues always arise when the yuletide festival is live so can anyone let me know if there are any plans to fix this issue or are we just going to have to put up with it just like we have to in every ubisoft game

I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing. Please have a run through our Xbox One troubleshooting guide here to try and resolve this.

I would also suggest to have the game installed on the main Xbox HDD rather than any extended / portable drives, just in case you currently do have it installed on one of those.
