Hi, I have re-installed and changed my entire hard drive and still not able to play the game since the exe files are not being downloaded, i tried to verify game files and it always finish with successful results,



I don't have any antivirus installed and turned off windows defender and still have the same issue



and i am not able to contact the support always getting this even when i am logged in :

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Could you please follow the steps in the support article here to uninstall then reinstall the Ubisoft Connect launcher then try again.

If the issue persists please let us know and we will create a support case for you.

@neroli2015 Okay thanks for that information. To continue, when you installed the game, did you install it on the same drive that Ubisoft Connect is installed on? Additionally, we recommend that both the game and Ubisoft Connect application be installed on the same drive that the operating system is on. If you're able to try this setup and the issue continues, please let us know so we can take a further look. Thanks!
