So i bought down of ragnarok dlc but it's not in my library, i mention the fact that i don't have the base game. Then i went to the store page and it shows me that i own this dlc and under the price its a "PLAY NOW" button, when i press it nothing happens, what should i do?

Sorry that you are having trouble accessing the game. Since you have the Dawn of Ragnarök expansion but not the base game itself, you will need to purchase the base game before being able to access the expansion/DLC. Once you own both and have them installed, you shouldn't have any issues launching your game. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
