I have the same issue as in this post:

I can't get the key, I have closed the application and restart the PS4 several times but the same result. I killed the guard but the key isn't picked up.
All updates have been installed how can we fix this?
Hi @stiffmeister27 ! I'm sorry you are having issues picking up the key in Into the Fog. This is a known issue that we are investigating. I would be happy to relay your information to the investigating team. Please make sure you have added your saves to the cloud and please try to provide us with a video showing you are unable to pick up the key? You can upload that to any video hosting website and provide me with the link here.
