I can't apply any runes to the Carolingian Torso (but the other 4 pieces work fine) the Carolingian Shield and the Wing Axe ... I believe they are all special items from Amazon Prime (not sure about the Wing Axe) and all are Mythical quality by default. I did a search but didn't see anyone else having this particular problem
