For some bugged reason I can't move the shelves or the rocks in the game in order to get to the loot chests; I interact with them but they can't be moved, Eivor just stays stuck, I can though leave them by pressing C but like I mentioned they can't be moved....pls pls pls fix this asap Ubi, it's kinda game breakin 
Hi all! Thanks for sharing your videos and findings with the treasure that you haven't been able to reach due to shelves not moving. I've added this information to the investigation that it ongoing. So far, the Assassin's Creed team has not been able to reproduce the issue, so we kindly request that you create a case on the Support Portal and attach your save files and also let the team know the treasure location to help the team's investigation! (I know "Portcestre" was mentioned, but I want to make sure any other locations are also made known.)
If you've already made a case, make sure your files are attached moving forward. Please feel free to send me your case numbers so I can ensure the files get added as soon as possible to the team's resources.

Because there have been a large number of patches in the two years since this thread was last active, please record a short video showing off the location where you are not able to move the shelf.
If you are playing on PC, you can use the Xbox Game Bar to record your video.
If you are on console use your console's media sharing features.
Once you have a video, you can upload it to YouTube and send it here in a reply to this post!
