Hey there. As advised above please continue to progress if you have not completed the river Rhine but if you're really stuck or you think you've done everything there is to do please consult the following. I have spoiler tagged this as it contains quest details for each section so wouldn't want someone accidentally stumbling upon the thread not wanting to know what was going to happen next.
