I purchase this game over a month ago, but I can't access it to install. I purchased it for my ps5. It keeps giving me the same message of "This content can't be found." It is very frustrating because I feel like I wasted my money. It's giving me error message of WS-116129-0. What should I do?

@guest-QFp09aa4 Oh no! Sorry to see nothing has worked so far. To clarify, is your game a digital download or a physical disc? If it's a physical disc, have you tried attempting the install from a different profile on your console? Please let me know.
