@Erick_913 that's strange as it shows under your purchased games within the library.

Can you confirm if you have gone through the steps in my previous reply?

If so and the issue persists could you also confirm the following:

  • If you own a disc or digital version of the game? If a digital version are you playing the game on the account the game was purchased on?
  • If the game is installed on your internal or an external hard drive?
  • If you have you played the game previously or is it the first time you have launched it?
  • If you are you using a WiFi or Ethernet connection?
  • When the error appears, if you press the circle button to go back does it take you back to the main screen where you need to press X to start?
  • Have you tried disabling the internet connection on your PS4 and then tried launching the game? If so do you encounter the same issue?
  • Have you experienced issues accessing online features in any other games on your console?


Could you also provide a video demonstrating the issue. I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

In the video could you show when the error appears and then press the circle button to go back then try again.

@CyGnusHN thanks for your post, it is possible that what you mentioned is causing the issue, at this stage I am trying to gather more information from the affected players.

@Therealestxxx you mentioned that you downloaded the game from someone else's account. Is the PSN account that owns the game setup as a user on your console, and is your console set as their primary console?

@grabatto can you confirm if you have downloaded a digital version of the game and if the game was purchased on a different PSN account to the one you are launching the game on? if this is the case is that PSN account that owns the game setup as a user on your console, and is your console set as their primary console?

@Sailorzaki I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue.

I understand that you own the digital version of the game but wanted to play it on another console. Are you using the PSN account that you purchased the game with on the other console that is experiencing this issue or is it a different PSN account?

If it's a different PSN account is your PSN account on that console and is that console set as the primary console?

If you are receiving the Online service error [0x20100300] - Feature requires online services that are currently disabled, then could you please go through the PlayStation 4 and connectivity troubleshooting then try again. If the issue persists could you please confirm the following:

  • If you own a disc or digital version of the game?
  • If it's a digital version are you playing the game on the PSN account that the game was purchased on? If not is the console that you are playing the game on the primary console for the PSN account that the game was purchased on?
  • If the game is installed on your internal or an external hard drive?
  • If installed on the external hard drive have you tried reinstalling the game on the internal hard drive to see if that works?
  • If you have you played the game previously or is it the first time you have launched it?
  • If you are you using a WiFi or Ethernet connection?
  • Have you tried disabling the internet connection on your PS4 and then tried launching the game? If so do you encounter the same issue?
  • Have you experienced issues accessing online features in any other games on your console?

UPDATE:

The development team have investigated but have been unable to reproduce it. They have asked if you could add a new user to the console then try launching the game on the new account to see if the issue persists. Please note that the main account that owns the game must be a user on the console and the console must be set as the primary console.

If the issue persists then please answer the questions above in the same format.
