key/Rights issue

I own AC-Valhalla Ultimate[discless] on Xbox/playstation & PC [bought in Aug2021 for xbox flavour and later PC & PS5]. In the last months [maybe since Ragnarok or a patch] I have been unable to launch game on XboxSeriesX or PS5. They both ask me to insert gamedisc. PC still works okay {never used a disc}

When I look on the MicrosoftStore logged into my xbox account on Windows10 pc game shows 'you own this' [ultimate]. But, using MSstore app from XboxSeriesX, it says this version is 'not available' {just the Ultimate edition that I own}. On Playstation, I have uninstalled and reinstalled [120GB?] but then get similar 'insert game disc' error at attempted-startup.

Would somebody explain the problem &, hopefully, resolve the issue?

BTW I bought DawnOfRagnarok expansion pack on PS5 [ShopTo preorder] & PC too[ think} but maybe not on Xbox. That is a difference at least!

Also, same thing happens with AC-Origins Ultimate on Xbox {but not RedDeadR2Ultimate, TombRaiderUltimate, etc..}

Hey @LBlah

Sounds like you may need to restore your licenses on PS5. There is a PS5 article on how to do so here.

On Xbox, are you sure you are logged in to the same account that purchased the game? If so, I would recommend speaking to Xbox support about this, as we have no visibility on your purchases on the Xbox account.

@LBlah Oooof, that's rough. Thanks for trying to redownload the game, and I'm sorry that didn't help. To continue our investigation of this, could you confirm if the game is installed on the internal drives of both consoles? Or, is the game installed on any external/portable hard drives? Also, could you provide images of the "insert disk" prompt from the platforms you still see this on? This would be most helpful.
