Hi All

Does anyone know whether the PS4 Season Pass will be transferred if we download the PS5 version.

I have pre-ordered the PS4 version of AC:V and also have a PS5 pre-ordered for the release date of 19th so dont know whether I should change my preorder to AC:V or just keep the PS4 version?

Anyone know?
