Thanks for the report - this is but a description problem, for whatever reason the gathering tomes say they're crediting combat fame - when they, thankfully, still add the correct type of fame. Will still make sure that this gets looked at and properly labeled.

You should be able to claim them outside of the app (e.g. browser on a Desktop PC; browser on iOS should theoretically work, too). Just not within the App.

Effectively, the potion swapping was never an intended mechanic to begin with. It was an oversight that players creatively turned into a feature. We held a bit back on the fix, mostly to internally discuss if we can want to find a way to make multiple potion types part of the regular game experience. Ultimately, we have now decided against making this happen, and go back to the originally planned design.

The fundamental base philosophy is that we don’t really want equipment swaps during fights at all, mainly for two reasons:

Firstly, we want to make sure that players with go out with only one set are not at a big disadvantage. If it were different, having items to swap becomes more less mandatory. This would increase the gear fear problem that we have with a lot of newer and mid level players. Argua...

I'm not aware of a discord server just for recruitment so your best bet should be the Official Albion Online Discord. Give yourself the server role you play on and check the guild recruitment threads.

You'll still need to unlock the different skills via your mastery level. Before certain skills were only selectable on higher tier weapons which was changed to T4.

Yes each of the outer cities has a significant production bonus on one of the materals that's absent in the regions. You can check if by being in the city, opening your minimap and pressing on the arrow.
