Market sales are only taxed by the game system and not influenced by guild taxes.

Hey. You may be trying to connect to the european server. This one will not be available until the Closed Beta starts at 11 UTC today.
On purchase, you pay the total upfront. e.g. for a 90d pack, USD41.85 (or whatever the price in your currency). Then, once you drop below 3d premium remaining, it will renew on a monthly basis, with the monthly price mentioned. So in the example above USD 13.95 (see currency thing above). If you cancel the auto-renewal in your profile before you have used up 87 of those premium days, it will simply run out and not renew, but not have any impact on the original purchase.
Once the Beta starts (April 3rd) you'll have instant access. With the 100$ pack you also get 5 day head start for the Early Access on the 24th.
Paying 200$ for a skin and some advantages is not pretty normal. This is predatory monetization, and if people keep saying it's ok, it'll just get worse and worse.
Hey. Please keep in mind that the 200$ version for example also comes with a year of premium, 2000 gold, various skins, closed beta and early access.
The black zone maps are currently split into 7 timers. The first 4 (12,15,18,21) are considered EU timers and reset at 18 UTC. The last 3 (0,3,5) are considered NA timers and reset at 1 UTC.
