I bought the Cosmetic DLC Pack (the one that combines 6 of the cosmetic DLCs) and started a brand new game with all DLC enabled. After a short time of building farmers and experimenting with the new Change Building Skin button I quickly found that when I wanted to upgrade to workers the Change Building Skin menu was invisibly over the upgrade button which stops me from using the buton to upgrade a single house. I can still get around this bug by using the upgrade tool. However I have found the overlay also invisibly covers the Happiness menu, so I can't view my happiness for specific houses.
