Hello, when ever I want to start Anno 1800 I get the error: An unexpected DirectX error occurred. Present failed. And I can not load into the game. I already have updated Windows, reinstalled my graphics drivers 3 times and tried Direct X 11 aswell as Direct X 12. Nothing worked. I would really appreciate help. Thanks in advance.

I'm really sorry this is happening to you. I understand how confusing and annoying it must be. Would you mind posting your PC Specs here for us please? That would be very helpful for us in trying to troubleshoot the error.
For now, I recommend trying the other steps that we have listed in our PC Technical troubleshooting guide, particularly verifying the game files and disabling any unneeded background applications that may be running.
