[2022] Money is resetting

I'm quite far in a new game I made for the Seeds of Change DLC. I finally got to Crown Falls and I now notice that my currency is resetting randomly. I'm bringing in 55k and my total currency keeps resetting to zero. I've never seen this happen before. No Mods running btw. Is anyone else noticing this too?

Can you let us know if you are using a physical save file or cloud save file and does your currency change after you have exited the game and re-loaded your save file?
