So generally, I've pre ordered Valhalla and now while I was looking for a pre order bonus code in a box, it wasn't there, then I googled that, it is supposed to be given to me when purchased, but I did not get it, I've searched every mail from the shop I bought this game, but I found nothing. Also I did not get the rewards from answering questions during the Twitch Reveal (During the stream, it showed me that I will get the rewards).
Hey @Vateas - thank you for posting here on Discussions, and I sincerely apologise that your thread was not acknowledged or replied to until now. I am sorry to hear that you were struggling to locate your Twitch Reveal items and preorder bonus content previously.
I can see from a later post that you were able to locate your Twitch Reveal rewards after arriving in Ravensthorpe, which is great to hear. With regard to the preorder bonus "The Way of the Berserker", if you preordered the game in a physical retail store, your retailer was responsible for providing you with your preorder bonus code. You could then redeem this on our redemption website for the game after signing into your Ubisoft Account, and would have been prompted to select the platform you had chosen to buy the game for.
If you missed out on the preorder bonus or were not entitled to it as your retailer was not offering it, you can now acquire it separately via the Ubisoft Connect rewards page if you would like to. It costs 60 Units, and is considered to be an "Epic" reward.
