[2022] Achievement Reward Portrait Still Locked

As stated in title, i can not use any of the achievement locked portraits, despite having the achievement, both as shown ingame in the achievements menu, and in ubisoft connect's achievement menu.
I have checked both achievements lists, and they both appear to be correct and do not contain any undue accolades.

this lead to the interesting situation of having saves with portraits that i can now no longer use. (i can still load those saves, but i can not create new ones with said portraits)

Please restore my monarchical rule, i miss being The Queen very much.
