Hello there, I have one problem with game and i dont know how fix it, When i want start game from Ubisoft Connect app and click to play button just open me small window like this and then i stuck ( i try all choices DX11/DX12) but if i open GeForce Experience app from Nvidia and use it to launch the game its work...

Do you encounter this with any other titles in Ubisoft Connect or just Anno 1800?
Could you please also be sure to give all the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide a try, including updating your GPU drivers and ensuring your laptop is always using your Nvidia card and isn't attempting to run with your onboard graphics alone, as this can cause issues.
