Yea i have same issue with my game. Its stuck on 99%. The "support" chat is useless and waste of time. All they ask about is proof for buying the game when i legit have the game on my account, have had it since 2014 and played it countless times. The issue is the 99% download but nobody from ubisoft knows how to fix it. Its been an issue for years and it still hasnt been fixed. Worst place to buy games from cus the help you get equals to you trying to speak dog language.
