I'm sorry to read the support agent was unable to find a solution for you, I understand this issue has been ongoing for a long time.
I will discuss this with the Anno 1800 team to see what I can learn. Would it be possible to add another image of your proof of purchase please, with the date of purchase & order number visible? There only appears to be one image in your support case, showing the content is owned.
