[2021] [Suggestion] Culture Items (Museum, Botanical Garden etc.) connect via roads also.

Could you please add the mechanic that the culture items can be connected via the road system also?, and not only via the pavement tile (it looks horrible in some cases and it also tends to keep the items close together rather than span them around the city). yeah, i know i can do this via a mod, but that is just... I want an official mechanic for this.
