[2021] [GLITCH] World's Fair building looks weird in the distance when fireworks are active.

This is what it looks like when you see it from a little further away. The building turns whitish:


This only happens when the Exhibition is in progress and there are fireworks going on. When the building is idle, it looks normal from any distance.

I can't say since when this has happened. I noticed it yesterday, but I don't know if it has something to do with the last update or if it happened before.
