How do I edit or chanhge delivery lines? My potatoes are going to the warehouse, not the distillery next door. Is there documentation somewhere that answers things like this? Do I have to buy the first one to get an operations tutorial or something? I am so lost.

If you select the potato farm, you should be able to see indicating route of where your goods are being delivered (your warehouse), therefore in order to alter you it, you can just simply drag the route over to the distillery next door and it should change accordingly.
