[2022] Loading time items not affecting airships & airship platform

So, I had to pull out a stopwatch eventually to check this.
Manticore spent 96 seconds delivering 200t of mail.
Airship platform is theoretically affected by Airship Logistician, providing +75% loading time bonus. Platform displays 3.5t/s indeed.
Manticore is equipped with Dedicated Airship Hoist, providing +50% loading time bonus and -100% cargo slowdown.
Manticore unloads 100t and loads 100t mail.
96 seconds for 200t makes 2.08t/s. So, no bonuses here whatsoever. Actually, even slower. Not to mention that I started the stopwatch only when the hourglass appeared, but in fact, the airship takes a few good seconds longer until it docks.
