Hello.
Questlog only says "Fulfill Isabel Sarmento's demands to receive Prosperity's contract of sale" but nothing more. Checked the wiki and all, i have all the other requirements (600 oberos etc) and i also cant find any refugees on the map
There is no way to finish the quest, i googled for hours and found no solution. This problem seems to be pretty old too from what i have seen online.
How can i upload a save file for you to check?

We haven't received too many recent reports of this issue as it was reportedly fixed however if you are running the latest version of the game and the issue persists we'll report this to the team. You can submit your save file to us on a support case, if possible a link to a video demonstrating the issue as well would be much appreciated if this is something you can provide.
